Is HELM available now?
We are currently in a closed private alpha. We are onboarding studios and individual creators gradually to ensure the best possible experience. You can join the waitlist to get early access.
How does billing work?
Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Razorpay. Annual billing includes two months free compared to paying monthly. You can upgrade or change plans from your dashboard; Enterprise is invoiced separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from billing settings. You keep access through the end of the paid period, then your workspace moves to the free tier limits.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong on our side or within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, contact support and we will review case by case. Enterprise terms are defined in your agreement.
Do I need my own API keys?
The Free tier includes enough intelligence tokens to get you building immediately. On Pro and above, you can link your own Anthropic or Google AI Studio keys for higher throughput and control.
Can I run this fully local?
Yes. HELM's architecture allows you to run local open-source models for sensitive workloads, though complex multi-step reasoning performs best with frontier models.
