Ludotronics HELM

Ludotronics Interactive ("Ludotronics," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect through ludotronics.io, waitlist and signup flows, the HELM application, and related support channels - and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and a small amount of technical data needed to run the site and product securely.

Account & waitlist: name, email, company or studio, role, and optional notes you submit when joining a list or requesting access.
Support & inquiries: content of emails, contact forms, or chat you send us, including attachments you choose to include.
Product usage (when you use HELM): operational data such as diagnostics, crash logs, and feature telemetry if you opt in or if required to deliver the service - described further in onboarding materials and in-product settings.
Technical data: standard server and browser data (IP address, device type, approximate location from IP, referrer) for security, fraud prevention, and site performance.

2. How we use information

We use personal data to:

Provide, operate, and improve HELM and the website;
Respond to requests, onboard design partners, and send service-related notices;
Secure our systems, investigate abuse, and comply with law;
Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to guide product decisions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train public machine-learning models unless we clearly disclose that in a separate agreement or setting and you opt in.

3. Sharing

We share data with vendors that help us host the site, deliver email, and run infrastructure (e.g. cloud providers), under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, users, or the public.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above - for example, waitlist entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and support threads for a reasonable period to resolve issues and meet legal obligations.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the data we handle. No online service can guarantee perfect security; if we learn of a breach that affects you where required by law, we will notify you.

6. International transfers

If you access HELM from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in the United States or other regions where we or our subprocessors maintain facilities. We use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise those rights. You can opt out of marketing emails using the link in any marketing message we send.

8. Children's privacy

HELM and our marketing site are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice.
